Harare City becomes the second city in Zimbabwe (after Bulawayo) to join the Fast-Track Cities initiative on 3 December 2021. His Worship the Mayor, Cllr Musarurwa Stewart Mutizwa, signed the Paris Declaration and said: “We are priming our health system to be able to meet the goal of achieving an end to the HIV/AIDS pandemic by 2030“.
